Maafushi Prison has today gifted 1000 masks made by inmates to Maafushi School. The number of masks gifted is enough for two masks per student.
The masks were handed over to Maafushi School by Director of Maafushi Prison Assistant Superintendent of Prisons Ahmed Riza.
Ministry of Education has made wearing masks mandatory for students when returning to school in the new normal.
