Maafushi Prison and Emergency Support Group (ESG) pf Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) has yesterday held a fishing race as part of the activities to celebrate their anniversaries.
The fishing race was held from 5 pm to 10 pm and was joined by six teams.
The biggest fish was caught by the Admin Team while the Race was won by Logistics Team for catching the most number of fish.
The purpose of the fishing race is to generate funds to celebrate the anniversaries of Maafushi Prison and ESG colourfully as well as develop camaraderie and unity among the officers.
Maafushi Prison informs that there will be more events held in the upcoming days to celebrate their anniversary.
