Prison Officers of the biggest prison in Maldives, Maafushi Prison, has today held a special march on the streets of the island.
The march was held to motivate prison officers and to assess the level of readiness for prison security. Under the guidance of Director of Maafushi Prison, Prisons Inspector Mohamed Shaheen Ali, the prison officers has renewed their oaths prior to the march.
Many officers from Emergency Support Group (ESG) and senior officers of different ranks had participated in the march.
