Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) has informed former Defence Minister Colonel Retired Mohamed Nazim and Former Member of Parliament for Dhiggaru Constituency Ahmed Nazim that their requests for medical leave extension have been denied.
Superintendent of Prisons Ibrahim Mohamed Didi said that they have also been informed to present themselves to Maldives Correctional Service within 48 hours from today and if the summons were not minded, Maldives Correctional Service will start procedures to apprehend them.
Maldives Correctional Service had already extended former MP Nazim’s medical leave twice.
