Maldives Correctional Service holds discussions with Hajj Corporation

Maldives Correctional Service has yesterday held discussions with Hajj Corporation about “Employee Scheme” in order to facilitate a convenient way for staff to perform their pilgrimages.

The discussions were held at the Head Office of Maldives Correctional Service. The meeting was attended by Marketing Manager Hassan Sinan and Aminath Sharuma from Hajj Corporation while Maldives Correctional Service was represented by Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zilaal, Superintendent of Prisons Ibrahim Mohamed Didi, Deputy Superintendent of Prisons Ibrahim Nashid and Chief Prisons Officer Ahmed Sobah.

The “Employee Scheme” of Hajj Corporation is open for employees of all offices, companies and similar entities and involves the allocation of a percentage of their salaries to Hajj Corporation to meet the cost of performing a Hajj or Umrah. The scheme also includes induction of Hajj and Umrah for participants.
