Maldives Correctional Service has held Microsoft Outlook sessions for prison officers at Asseyri Prison yesterday.
The purpose for the session was to introduce productive email practices and to encourage officers and staff to use e-communication as a means of fast and secure communication as well as to reduce paper costs.
Through the session, Maldives Correctional Service aims to reduce paper costs considerably and improve performance of the officers and staff.
In addition, the officers were also given information on the IT Help Desk such as using it and the procedures for acquiring assistance.
