Commissioner of Prisons Ahmed Shihan has today visited Maafushi Prison and checked the progress of various ongoingprojects at the Prison.
The Commissioner especially checked the progress of the security upgrade of the Unit 3 of the Prison. Unit 3 is one of the maximum security units of Maafushi Prison.
The Commissioner was joined by Deputy Commissioner Prisons Hassan Zilaal and Director of Male’ Prison Moosa Anwar on his visit.
