Prison Cooperative Society (Prisco) has today sponsored this year’s colourful celebrations of Maafushi Prison’s anniversary.
The sponsorship cheque was handed over to Maafushi Prison by the Chairman of Prisco, Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zilaal at a meeting held this morning at the Head Office of Maldives Correctional Service (MCS). The cheque was received by Director of Maafushi Prison, Assistant Superintendent of Prisons Salman Rasheed.
Board members of Prisco also participated in the meeting.
Prisco provides huge support for the welfare of all employees of MCS while also providing assistance to several activities organised by the employees.
Prisco had also recently sponsored the Escort Challenge Cup 2016 organised by Male’ Prison and the Asseyri Prison Cup 2016 organised by Asseyri Prison.
