Prison Officers of Hulhumale’ Detention Centre has today participated in the Hulhumale’ cleanup Programme organised by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
The programme was carried in conjunction with the International Environment Day and was inuagurated by Minister of Health Hon. Iruthisham Adam. The clean-up was carried out on almost all areas of Hulhumale.
In addition to MCS, other government institutions, schools, associations and Hulhumale residents took part in the clean-up.
In addition to Prison Officers, the programme was participated by staff from government institutions, schools and civic societies and residents of Hulhumale’.
