Members of National Integrity Commission (NIC) have met with the heads of Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) yesterday at Head Office of Maldives Correctional Service.
The purpose of the meeting was for National Integrity Commission members to introduce themselves and to share information on the responsibilities mandated to both institutions by the law. In addition, National Integrity Commission enquired about the operation of Maldives Correctional Service and discussed about fully assisting NIC in doing their work
Commissioner of Prisons Mr Mohamed Husham and Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Mr Hassan Zilaal attended the meeting on behalf of MCS while NIC was represented by President Mr Mohamed Faruhad, Vice President Mr Yoosuf Maaniu Mohamed and members Uz. Hassaan Hameed and Uza. Khadheeja Abdulla.
