Commissioner of Prisons Ahmed Mohamed Fulhu has today met all the Commissioned Officers of Maldives Correctional Service at the Head Office.
CP Ahmed Mohamed Fulhu held the meeting mainly as an introduction and to learn about the obstacles to efficiently managing the prisons. In that regard, CP said he will be visiting all prisons to closely monitor the setups.
In addition, CP stated that he will be focusing on formulating a new strategic plan as well as rectifying the issues highlighted in the Prison Audit Report.
Today’s meeting was the first meeting held by CP Ahmed Mohamed Fulhu following his appointment as Commissioner of Prisons.
