Maldives Correctional Service has today introduced IT Help Desk service for its officers and staff.
As per IT Section, IT Help Desk was introduced in order to facilitate a verified, reliable and modernised service to the public.
IT Section further stated that they will be able to identify issues to the computer systems and network quicker than before as well as identify the location of the issue and attend to the issue at earliest. IT section also added that the network will be reinforced and expanded in the future.
Maldives Correctional Service is pleased to note the positive changes to public perception towards the Service as a result of the hard work done over the past year to strengthen and expand its services as well gain the trust of the public.
