A blood donation event has been held today at Maafushi Prison to celebrate the Prison’s 18th anniversary and Emergency Support Officers (ESG)’s ninth anniversary.
Along with the meaningful slogan “Every blood drop is a hope for life”, the event was carried out with the collaboration of Maldivian Blood Service.
The event was participated by several officers from Maafushi Prison and ESG as well as staff from government institution at Maafushi.
This is the third blood donation event held at the Maafushi Prison.
