Institute for Correctional Studies (ICOST) has begun the preparations for graduation ceremony of the first Maldives Qualification Authority (MQA)-accredited course conducted by ICOST.
The course was previously conducted as an Entry Level Training Programme and was later reviewed and changed to the current MQA-accredited course “Certificate 3 in custodial Management and Security Programme”. The duration of the course is four months.
Some of the preparations underway include parade practices for passing out ceremony and setting up the venue.
The ceremony is scheduled for the night of 31st December 2015 at Maafushi Prison Football field and will be joined by invited guests, senior officials of prisons and head Office and families of course participants.
