Workshop on “interpersonal skills” and “decision making and problem solving” conducted at hulhumale prison has ended, yesterday.
This workshop was conducted by Institute for Correctional Studies (ICOST) targeting officers of Parole, Male, and Hulhumale Prison.
The aim of this workshop was is to teach officers make productive decisions and to solve disputes within the work environment.
ICOST has held a variety of courses targeting prison officers and is planning to conduct courses of higher levels in the near future.
