Minister of Home Affairs, Sheikh Imran Abdullah has today met with the Executive board of Maldives Correctional Service.
Today’s meeting was Minister Imran’s first meeting with MCS, after being appointed as Minister of Home Affairs. The meeting was joined by Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zilaal, Directors of Prisons and Commissioned Officers.
In this meeting Minister had enquired about the various departments of MCS, and discussed about ways to further develop and improve MCS’s efforts to rehabilitate inmates.
