Assyeri Prison of Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) holds flag hoisting ceremony yesterday to mark its 16th anniversary.
The Ceremony was honoured by Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zareer. Aditionally, the ceremony was also attended by the Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Uz Ibrahim Mohamed Didi, Director of Asseyri Prison Assistant Superintendent of Prisons Ismail Naseer, commissioned officers, invitees and several officers and civil staff of the Prison.
Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zareer congratulated Asseyri Prison’s senior management, officers and staff on the occassion of the anniversary and thanked them for their service.
The Ceremony included awarding of medals and colours to prison officers and concluded with the cutting of the anniversary cake.
