A fight has occurred between inmates of the same unit at Maafushi Prison of Maldives Correctional Service (MCS).
The fight occurred today due to differences of opinion among the inmates.
Three inmates suffered various degrees of injuries during the fight among inmates, though MCS informs that none of the injuries were of serious nature.
The fight was controlled by Maafushi Prison officers within a short time.
