Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) has last night held a staff night for Head Office staff at Salsa Royal.
The staff night was held instead of the traditional “Maahefun” held to welcome the holy month of Ramazan each year and to improve the companionship among the staff. The night also included giving of Ramazan gifts.
The staff night was attended by Commissioner of Prisons Mohamed Husham, Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zilaal and senior officers and numerous staff of Maldives Correctional Service.
In addition, the staff night was also joined by Mr Greg from Australia who was attached to MCS to develop action plans to further strengthen MCS and ACP Adina Raina Subramaniam from Malaysia Prison Academy of Malaysian Prisons Department.
