Prisoner Management and Security Unit have won the matches of “Maafushi Prison Volleyball Tournament 2016” played last night. Prisoner Management is currently leading the point table with consistently playing strong games.
Security Unit had won yesterday’s first match by 3-2 sets after defeating Asseyri Prison. Both teams had played well, with Security winning the 3 sets with 25-17, 25-16 and 15-13 points. Asseyri Prison’s 2 sets were won by 25-17 and 25-23 points. The man-of-the-match of the eventful match was Ahmed Mansoor of Security Unit.
Last night’s second match was won by Prisoner Management by defeating ESG with a score of 3-1 sets. Prisoner Management had won the first set with 25-21 points when ESG nailed the 2nd set with 26-24 points. Prisoner Management had upped their game and won the next two sets with 25-14 and 25-19 points. The man-of-the-match the match was Prisoner Managements Hussain Samah.
