Three officers of Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) has last night departed for Bangladesh to participate in “Fourth AsiaPacific Regional Correctional Managers Conference being held at the country’s capital, Dhaka from 15th-19th May 2017.
The conference is being organised by International Committee on Red Cross (ICRC).
The three officers participating in the conference are Deputy Commissioner of Prisons Hassan Zilaal, Director of Maafushi Prison Assistant Superintendent of Prisons Salman Rasheed and Head of Media and Public Relations Senior Prison Officer Ahmed Luqman.
The conference is participated by senior correctional officers from various countries in the region.
