ICOST holds Conditioning and Mentoring with Interpersonal Skills workshop at Asseyri Prison
Institute for correctional Studies (ICOST) has successfully completed a 2 day workshop on Conditioning and Mentoring with interpersonal skills, yesterday.
The workshop targeted Supervisors, and Section Heads of Maldives Correctional Service.
In this workshop, officers were taught how to understand personalities of inmates, staying away from illegal negotiations offered by inmates, and dealing with different situations effectively.
The workshop was held at Asseyri Prison on 3rd and 4th of February. Sessions of this workshop were carried out by Malaysian Consultant Adinaraina R Subramanian.
