21 inmates from Maafushi Prison has today taken the SSC & IGCS O’Level exams, as part of MCS’s efforts to rehabilitate inmates and make them acceptable by the community.
Last year a total of 14 inmates had participated in the exams.
Maafushi Prison continues to carry out several educational programmes in collaboration with the Institute for Quran and Sunnah, including religious knowledge and Quran classes
