Maafushi Prison has today won the PRC Football Tournament 2019 match played against Male’ Prison.
The winning team scored 4 goals while the losing team was unable to score a single goal.
Maafushi Prison has so far played three matches in the Tournament, with the first match ending in a draw, second in defeat by Team HQ and third in a win over Male’ Prison with an impressive score.
Maafushi Prison’s Jailam Jameel (Jersey no. 2) was the Man of the Match. He was also chosen as the Man of the Match of the first match.
The purposes of the Tournament are to create camaraderie and solidarity among officers and staff of MCS and organises various such events for officers and staff throughout the year.
